The food warmer ( Handy canned fuel ) is available in two varieties :-
The first variety of Gel is transparent substance having aqua blue shade, and the second variety of jelly is opaque substance having sky blue/parrot green/pink shade of non sticky alcoholic odour, stable without oozing any liquid and does not flow on an inclined plane.

Both Gel and jelly burns constantly with perfect blue flame, ideal for bowl height of 6-7 inches, having high caloric heat value. The flame is absolutely free from smoke, spills, crackling sounds, and assured 100% non deposit of soot on the chafing dish. |

| Storage & Safety measures |

Gel / Jelly is an alcohol based product and to avoid evaporation losses, the lid must be closed always, kept in cool and dark place away from heat, fire and children.
Though the Gel / Jelly is of neutral pH it is recommended to handle with stainless steel / plastic spoons.
It is also recommended to use material within six months from the date of manufacturing for optimum results.

Keep the 225 gms. can of Gel / Jelly under the chafing dish, remove the cap and light it keep the required quantity of Gel / Jelly in the chafing dish cup and light it.
